Carri MitchelL – CRDH

Dental Hygienist

Carri is a Sebring native with over 20 years of hospitality and customer service experience. She received her AA in Business Management in 2000 and went on to be a corporate lead trainer with a growing company. She returned to college in 2015 to complete an AS in Dental Hygiene. She is also CPR and Local anesthetic certified.



She loves working in dentistry because she loves being able to help and educate patients about oral hygiene. When she is not at work, Carri enjoys spending time with her friends and family, loves lobstering in the Keys and boating.

Regena BateS - PCC

PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR

Regena joined the DentaLuxe team in January of 2022 and has 9 years of customer service experience. Born and raised in Central Florida, she is the mother of two beautiful children who mean the world to her. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family, being on the water going for joy rides, finding new recipes and watching suspense movies.

Candy Velez – CRDH, BASDH

CERTIFIED REGISTERED DENTAL HYGIENIST

Candy is a native of Highlands County, a leader in our practice, and has faithfully served our patients since July of 2013. Candy received her dental hygiene degree from South Florida State College and graduated with the highest distinction, "Summa Cum Laude." Candy loves to give back to the community and has volunteered her dental hygiene services at organized community events over the past 6 years.

Candy believes in active involvement with her professional dental hygiene association; therefore, she is an active professional member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA), the Florida Dental Hygienists' Association (FDHA), her local component, the Atlantic Coast Dental Hygienists' Association (ACDHA) and The American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH). The start of 2020 was a big year for Candy as she was appointed to a four-year term on the Florida Board of Dentistry's Council on Dental Hygiene, and she was the recipient of the Swann D. Knowles Award. The Swan D. Knowles award, honors one hygienist from the state of Florida for their grassroots efforts in service and dedication to the dental hygiene profession.

Most recently, in the fall of 2022, Candy earned her bachelor's degree of Dental Hygiene at St. Petersburg College, as she is committed to education and life-long learning. Candy states, her biggest career accomplishment is the quality care she provides to her patients daily. She has dedicated her service to helping her patients be the healthiest they can be.

WHITNEY PRICE

DENTAL ASSISTANT

Whitney graduated from the Dental Assisting Institute in St. Petersburg, FL. In addition to assisting the doctor, the office counts on her to bring in baked goodies for everyone to enjoy. Her certifications include Expanded Functions Dental Assistant and radiology. She also has an applied science degree in Floral Design + Marketing.



Whitney is married with 3 children: boy and girl twins, and a younger son. When she is not at the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and spending time outdoors.
